Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.1.2)
Installed from:    Compiled From Sources
Compiler:          gcc3.22 compiled using src rpms, with rpmbuild ---rebuild --target=athlon 
OS:          Linux

I had a folder open in konqueror, when I had to do something in a terminal-window. 
While in the terminal window I deleted the folder kongueror had open with the command "rm -rf FOLDER_NAME", konqueror crashed when I gave focus to it a moment latter.

By the way I'm using redhat 9
