Drag and drop doesn't always work when moving an appointment outside visible hours even when going back in visible hours this happens in day and week view.
I think it should scroll automatically and it does but as soon you move too much up or down it stops scrolling and you can't drop it at all.

Seconded. First i thought it doesnt scroll at all, but after reading this
report and carefully trying .. it scrolls, but very slowly and it is only
sensitive in a very narrow edge so it is very unintuitive and very easy to
overlook (and i am used to scrolling even if the cursor is outside of the 
window - the further, the faster scrolling gets). 
Maybe related, maybe not .. there is also a bug, that sometimes the selection moves in the direction of the drag (the faster the drag is, the further the
selection jumps .. usually by 1-2 items only, but i experienced also 4).
