*** Bug 80531 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** Bug 57540 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** Bug 50873 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** As of KDE 3.5.9 this is not a bug. And it certainly isn't a junior job. This is a keyboard layout issue, which is handled by X. We already have a facility to deal with special keyboards/layouts within kde. (Including most laptop keyboards) khotkeys (by design) only recognizes keycodes that are listed in your keyboards layout. The default keyboard layout/model is Generic 101-key PC, which does not include these keys. You can change the kb model under: Regional & Accessibility -> Keyboard Layout Enable keyboard layouts Change your keyboards model If a laptop model is not listed, try updating your system. This bug should be closed/wontfix/invalid or something. This bug is obsolete now. |
