Description (defunct account) 2003-07-02 01:52:14 UTC
Version: 1.0 (using KDE 3.1.0)
Installed from: Mandrake Linux Cooker i586 - Cooker
Compiler: gcc version 3.2.2 (Mandrake Linux 9.1 3.2.2-3mdk)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.21-0.13mdk

I'm using KDE in Korean locale, with Korean input (ami). In ami, the "Input Method" in the "Input Options" tab has the following options:

a) "Commit by words: Cursor movement processed by Ami".
b) "Commit by words: Cursor movement delegated to clients".
c) "Commit characters"

1. Create a new card
2. Write in the front: "hello"
3. Write in the back:

You can test another korean input method Nabi.

Homepage: http://nabi.kldp.net/ (korean site :)
ProjectPage: http://kldp.net/projects/nabi/

Anyway you can get it here.
http://kldp.net/download.php/817/nabi-0.12.tar.gz

How to install:
./configure --prefix=$HOME/test && make && make install

How to Run:
export LANG=ko_KR.euckr or export LANG=ko_KR.UTF-8
export XMODIFIERS="@im=nabi"
$HOME/test/bin/nabi &
kedit &

then you can input korean into kedit when you type shift-space.
Shift-space is a toggle key for changing input mode between
hangul mode and english mode.
You will see nabi's icon on system tray. Context menu will
appear when you clicked right mouse button.

This is most likely not a FlashKard bug. Marking as duplicate of a bug that's been verified in Qt.
