The basic funtionality may belong elsewhere (Kate?), but WYSIWYG editing of the HTML/SGML would be required for another feature request I'm about to enter.

This bug belongs to the kafka part of quanta (the only kde project I know of with 
this as a design goal at the moment) but as this bug is their goal I'm resolving 
the bug with LATER... please check out quanta and the kafkapart for progress...
