Description yann 2003-06-04 20:24:49 UTC
Version: 1.2.2 (using KDE 3.1.2)
Installed from: (testing/unstable)
Compiler: gcc version 3.3 (Debian)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.18-686

Hi,

Up to KDE 3.1.1, I used Konsole with custom fonts set to bold. Now there are only two fonts available: cursor and dingbats, and no bold fonts are available. Both cursor and dingbats fonts are also too spaced.

Thanks,
Yann

Seems to be a common problem with Debian, quoting "It appears that fontconfig
disables bitmapped fonts by default in more recent packages. Therefore, you
have to answer the appropriate Debconf question to ensure that
/etc/fonts/local.conf is set properly." Read the debian-kde archive.
