Wish: allow disabling window changes. I found that many times Konsole size is manually changed from 80x25 by accident. Maybe current option to (dis)allow resizing from programs could be enhanced to specify how Konsole size could be changed:
* never
* programmatically
* with mouse
* both with mouse and programmatically

Konsole in HEAD has a "--noresize  Terminal size is fixed" parameter.". 
Programmatic changes can be disabled in the configuration dialog.
