ummm.. I couldn't edit the Component: "FileCreate" component! I have been watching the source code, but it seems impossible to fit this model to it. The new file architecture should be changed. Maybe supporting "Wizards" to each type. so, at the moment, it is not a solution. I have though another idea... We could have a New Dialog Wizard, like the New Class one. It could be more personalized than just copying the template. I have asked to do so by email... I don't have KDevelop3 installed here to test for it, but I think it could be solved or outdated. As it is a feature request that nobody saw, I think it's time to close it. Sorry, but I haven't been involved to the KDE project as I want. BR I don't think this should be closed. As you say, it's not easily doable with the current implementation, but that's all the more reason to keep this wish around so it's remembered if the implementation is up for a redesign (which it is, but who knows when it'll actually happen...) This isn't about kdev 4, and KDevelop 3 is unmaintained. |
