Subject: Re: New: No Subject shown on mail header Simply delete those phantom messages. The problem is caused by a corrupt message index. The message index was probably corrupted during a crash or during an unclean shutdown of KMail. This bug occurs on more than the outfile box, it also occures on other mail box (for example the inbox, gentoo build of Kmail 1.5.2) Deleting the .folder.index file (in the Mail directory) fixes the problem NOTE: this happens even when kmail does not crash. I think it has something to do with displaying a mail message which might have a header which confuses kmail -- just a theory |
