I tried several times in vain to install the printer HDdeskjet 520 on the knoppix - CD ( running LINUX from CDrom )- thank You very much.

I think you misunderstood our purpose: this is not a help center, this is a bug 
tracking system. So, unless you're saying that your problem is a KDE bug, I think 
you've got the wrong place.
