I know we have the parameter for every programm to switch the crashhandler on/off but for many user it was better to have a graficle option, too. So we can have a checkbox on the crashhandlerdialog to switch it off for only the programm that calls it. And we have an option in the kcontrol to switch all crachhandlers on/off.
Many people ask for this future   :)
