Hi!
kmail shows only the last action (forward, replay, reply to all).
IMHO it would enhance the functionality to show _all_ actions (RMB) applied to the message and to open the forwarded or replied message.

Are you talking about the small replied/forwarded/flag symbol next to 
the subject in the message list? If yes, then this is a duplicate of 
bug #7063.

How? Via a "Go to reply" in the RMB menu?
