It seams that there is a bug that causes thread view not to work correctly, sometimes it shows the threads correctly, sometimes not, here a screenshot:

This is probably a duplicate of wish 11886.

The problem is that threading is not based on the Subject of the mail, but solely on reference fields.

yeah it is, i can't mark it duplicate, so i'll close it
