Hi,

when i want to mark blocks for copy and paste, i first press ctrl-shift-b and then mark the block i want, but when i have for example two lines, in which i want to mark something, i want to mark blocks, which are rectangular, but that gets confused, when there are tabulators in the lines.
that should be fixed, so that tabs are counted as the number of spaces, that they represent, so that it gets more intuitive to mark blocks.

Holger

I don't really understand this bug, but I'm quite sure that Gideon's code isn't
responsible for this function, this is a katepart feature. Somebody reassign?

1. caused by katepart
2. dupe of http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=52195
