Opening any text/plain document in the embedded konqueror viewer causes
Konq to hang.  Both browser and file manager have this problem.

FYI - 
 
I found that this only happens when using the XNotepad (XPart example) embedded 
viewer.

Better report it to the XNotepad author then.

xp_xnotepad (XNotepad) is, in fact, part of KDE (kdebindings).  Hence, why in the 
world would I not report this to the KDE developers???  Is this NOT the forum for 
reporting KDE bugs???

Haven't seen the problem with KDE 3.1.3.
