Description klee 2003-03-27 23:34:42 UTC
Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.1)
OS:          Linux

I am experiencing the following problem:

0. Turn off automatic image loading in Konqueror.
1. Open Konqueror with a web page (i.e., use the KHTML kpart)
2. "Settings" -> "Configure Shortcuts..."
3. Under "KHTML" actions, set "Display Images on Page" to CTRL-I
4. Click "OK".
5. Open a new Konqueror instance with a web page.
6. Hit CTRL-I. Nothing happens. I go to "Settings" -> "Configure Shortcuts..." and the keyboard shortcut is gone.

I have experimented with other KHTML keyboard shortcuts, and they seem to get saved fine. Only "Display Images on Page" is being lost, which is really weird.

I am using KDE 3.1, the kde-redhat unofficial RPMs (kde-redhat.sourceforge.net).

I can duplicate this bug on KDE 3.1.2 + Qt 3.1.1, compiled from release tarballs.
