has replaygain to be implemented in the KDE multimedia framework or in every single application like juk? i also would like to see support for replaygain in KDE *** This bug has been confirmed by popular vote. *** There are patches and a plugin for Noatun that add normalization based on "vorbisgain" and "normalize". See http://ilist.sf.net/normalize/ With enough interest this could be extended to "official" replaygain support (meeting their specifications). The normalize plugin currently builds against Noatun's make-it-snow branch. But I don't know when this branch will be in a releasable state. Cheers, Felix Berger That is stuff for individual applications. The best thing that could be done in a library is make access to this easier, which is not really within the scope of a bug report though. Thanks for the request though. |
