there is no possibility to drag and drop items into the KDE menu, because KDE menu don't open, when item dragged to KDE menu. 
Another improvement:
when a item in KDE menu is clicked with right mouse button a menu should open where you can choose to delete this item or add another item to this section (and not start this item)
