Description Jeroen van Disseldorp 2003-03-05 04:58:53 UTC
Version: 3.2 (using KDE Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources
Compiler: gcc (any version)
OS: Linux

As far as I could tell, this feature has not been suggested yet. Forgive me if it has.

I find the Web Popup policy to be very useful in day-to-day browsing. Several newssites popup ads, which I would decline, while other sites make their popups actually useful.

My setting is currently set to "Ask". I'd like to propose two extra buttons in the dialog that asks for permission. It would be one button called "always for this site" and a button "never for this site", just like the password manager.

That way, often visited newssites' popups can be blocked automatically, while regularly visited other sites' popups are automatically allowed. It would save a lot of clicking while browsing different sites.

I hope I formulated this request clearly. If not, please mail me.

Regards,
Jeroen
