Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in /local/www/kde/media/includes/classes/faq.inc on line 9   (When going to http://www.kde.org/people/ ).
Won't open http://i18n.kde.org (says PHP problem).
Others PHP are delivered as text pages...

(sorry if this bug was informed as an expected problem for some maintainance reasons, but I have been disconnected for some time)
