Packages should replace folders in the list view, so they can contain classes.  Packages would be drawn listing their classes.  Classes would have their package property removed and would just use the value in the internal model (as shown in the list view).

Packages could also have diagrams associated with them.  Use cases could also have diagrams associated with them.

To recap, if we implement

then we should remove folders altogether in order
to avoid confusion.
