I'm not someone who can close this, and due to the fact my ISP [pacbell] appears to be "blacklisted" I cannot respond within the newsgroup, so I'm posting this here as a bit of an "RTFM" [or the way I figured it out: start going through the "configure kmail" dialogs to see all the neat new features] Under "Settings --> configure Kmail --> appearance --> layout" there is a row of icons that allow you to specify exactly where the "mime tree" should appear, as well as whether or not it should appear never/sometimes/always. In my case I have it appear below the folder hierarchy tree so as to not take away from the viewable message area... Subject: Re: display mime tree at end of message On Sat, 1 Feb 2003 07:02 pm, modified several registers in the CPU to indicate: > ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- > You reported the bug, or are watching the reporter. > > http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=53803 > > > > > ------- Additional Comments From osnut@pacbell.net 2003-02-01 10:02 > ------- I'm not someone who can close this, and due to the fact my ISP > [pacbell] appears to be "blacklisted" I cannot respond within the > newsgroup, so I'm posting this here as a bit of an "RTFM" [or the way I > figured it out: start going through the "configure kmail" dialogs to see > all the neat new features] > > Under "Settings --> configure Kmail --> appearance --> layout" there is a > row of icons that allow you to specify exactly where the "mime tree" should > appear, as well as whether or not it should appear never/sometimes/always. > In my case I have it appear below the folder hierarchy tree so as to not > take away from the viewable message area... Umm, sorry but that's not what I'd like. What I meant was that have it as another box like the box that contains the headers, within the message frame. Thanks, David Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented. Thank you for your understanding. Instead of creating a new feature request, please confirm here if the wishlist is still valid for kmail2. |
