Description David Findlay 2003-02-01 09:33:45 UTC
Version: 1.5 (using KDE 3.1.0)
Installed from: (3.0)
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.4 20011002 (Debian prerelease)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.19

Would it be possible for Kmail to show the mime tree at the end of a message, rather than in a frame at the top? I'd like a box like the fancy header, down the bottom of the message. Thanks,

David

I'm not someone who can close this, and due to the fact my ISP [pacbell] appears to be
"blacklisted" I cannot respond within the newsgroup, so I'm posting this here as a bit of an
"RTFM" [or the way I figured it out: start going through the "configure kmail" dialogs to see all the
neat new features]

Under "Settings --> configure Kmail --> appearance --> layout" there is a row of icons that allow
you to specify exactly where the "mime tree" should appear, as well as whether or not it should
appear never/sometimes/always. In my case I have it appear below the folder hierarchy tree so
as to not take away from the viewable message area...

Umm, sorry but that's not what I'd like. What I meant was that have it as
another box like the box that contains the headers, within the message frame.
Thanks,

David

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
Thank you for your understanding.

Instead of creating a new feature request, please confirm here if the wishlist is still valid for kmail2.
