When select some text with mouse in console it is not copied in clipboard. So when select some text with mouse and paste the old copied text is pasted not the one you selected.

Correct behavior of Konsole 1.2. You have to "Copy" ("Edit" menu or right mouse 
button menu) to copy selected text to the clipboard.
