As a workaround you can try to remove the account-entry from your kmailrc (~/.kde/share/config/kmailrc) and the local cache (~/.kde/share/apps/kmail/imap/<accountname>) and start once again. Let kmail remember the password, there seems to be a bug. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 53889 *** |
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1) Installed from: Slackware Packages OS: Linux I added new IMAP account, and after that it simply stuckked, and now it crashes everytime when i'm starting kmail, and entering password for the IMAP account.
