When accessing this page under konqueror (KDE 3.1) (woody debs from kde.org - i386) :
http://buzonweb.us.es/servlet/webacc
the page starts "vibrating" with no stop. CPU goes to 100%.
The page has lots of CSS and some javascript although I believe it has to do with CSS and tables. The html is not good (not even pass w3 validator)

I think I've been able to reduce the html to it's maximun reproducing the bug:

Doesn't vibrate with HEAD - for the layout problem there is another report.

This also happens on KDE 3.1.1a under Gentoo 1.4_rc4 (Qt 3.1.2)

This still happens under 3.1.4 as of Sept. 18th, 2003 on Ark Linux 
1.0-alpha-9.1.
