I use konsole with transparency background, when I resize the window so that the left or the above border is out of the screen I get a messy color on the konsole background instead of the transparancy.

I cannot reproduce this problem with KDE3.1.2.

Can't reproduce it here with CVS HEAD either, so it seems to be fixed.
