It seems Konqui (KHTML) doesn't care about the style="z-index:42;" eigther set in the iframe tag or via JavaScript.
Iframes seem to be above all other DOM elements, always.

With my release of konqueror it happens also. Iframes are over divs, no mather what 
z-index value i use.
