I would like the possibility to fix an email when the email
does not sit in a thread correctly ( i.e. it either is a completely
new subject, or it is not attached at the right place in the 
thread ).
A drag and drop mechanism to add a mail to a thread or to
break a mail from a thread. Something similar to teh way a folder
can be draged and droped in the bookmark editor.

I think this is a generalization of 25594.

Personally, the 'attach message at arbitrary other message in a thread' thing would be merely nice, whereas a 'break thread' function would be absolutely cool and would severely lessen the annoyance of reading mailing lists with kmail.
