Since not so long, on http://www.tweakers.net the submenus go 'till the bottom of the window.

Same problem here. This is the case in KDE 3.1.0, but it was not the case in KDE 
3.1_rc6. 
Also the little "powered by" popups at the bottom of the page don't work in KDE 3.1.0, 
but worked correctly in KDE3.1_rc6.

This is a duplicate of bug 53515, which list a few more rendering problems that are recently 
introduced (probably since the merging of Safari code started).
