Subject: Re: New: profiles should bind to certain outgoing addresses You can define the identity per folder. When you create a new message the identity which is associated with the currently selected folder is used. Filters can't be used for this because the filters are applied _after_ the message has been sent. A wish is a wish. But what if i want a common inbox & i want one email id only for certain addresses. Subject: Re: profiles should bind to certain outgoing addresses Well, I didn't close your feature wish, did I? I just mentioned a possible work around. I want to present another example of needity such feature for KMail. I use Linux in corporate environment and prefer KDE as Desktop for my PC. The KMail is my favorite e-mail client. In our corporate network we use only signed messages but for some of my external correspondents I don't want to use crypto. I would like to see in KMail feature for binding some profile, which one has contain my GPG-signature, with list of e-mail addresses. rod *** Bug 75157 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** Bug 98518 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** Bug 117004 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** wish +1 Instead of adding a comment, you should vote on the bug. I think this supposed to be the point of "activities" in the future... But it won't solve this cause I won't switch activities just to send an email from another account :/ Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented. Thank you for your understanding. Instead of creating a new feature request, please confirm here if the wishlist is still valid for kmail2. Yep, still valid... I think... (In reply to comment #15) > Yep, still valid... I think... Erm, you think or did you test? Don't think it was implemented, don't have access to kmail right now, can't test... |
