STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install the Hannah Montana theme.
2. Remove the Hannah Montana theme by clicking the "Remove permanently" button.
3. Open Firefox/Zen Browser, then download a file, and look at the download window.

OBSERVED RESULT
The file icon has its Hannah Montana theme.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should have been removed permanently as the button says.

Can confirm, the icon set does not get deleted, everything else does.

Maybe this is Bug 497259, Bug 511246 or even Bug 514878 also happening with theme icon files?

No, thumbnails are generated by different system

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Se7en Aero.
2. Go to Breeze (and optionally uninstall Se7en Aero).

OBSERVED RESULT
The sizes of the Application Launcher and widget box are reset to their default size.
The bouncing icon next to the cursor for launching KDE apps is using the theme's icons.
The window menu (top-left)'s icons of KDE apps are using the theme's icons.

EXPECTED RESULT
These parts using icons of the uninstalled theme should actually be showing the current theme's icons
And the size of the Application Launcher and widget box shouldn't be affected.

The File Picker's icon display goes back to "Detailed view".
