A new shortcut for "New Directory" isn't restored after a new invocation of the file konqueror is started. The shortcut then is "F10" again. The changed shortcut is saved in konqueror.rc. Maybe the name is wrong? It's also not working in KDE 3.05 .

it seems plugActionList(QString, QPtrList<KAction>) doesn't merge the accels in the 
app.rc file...
