Can you update Gideon and KDELIBS to a more recent version (cvs snapshot) then recompile gideon with --enable-debug and see if this still happens? Please upgrade to alpha3. Caleb, i had this problem on my system. i put kdev in the debugger and determined that when loadPlugin() tried to load a plugin *not* installed on my system kdecore sent SIGSEGV to kdev. As a work around, i deleted an obsolete HOME$/.kde/share/config/kdeveloprc. |
