I would like to use my IMAP account as my primary e-mail in KMail.  Currently, my IMAP account gets its own top-level folder (with its inbox, sent mail, trash, drafts, etc. folders as subfolders of that folder), separate from the default main KMail boxes.  I have no need for the main local KMail boxes and would instead like my IMAP boxes to appear as the top-level mailboxes.  That way, I won't have to always work in a subfolder, and I won't have to have 5 unused top-level mailboxes lying around.
