SUMMARY
Title explains everything. Power buttons are not showing up when you enable automount for any device on login. Restarting powershell (kquitapp6 plasmashell && kstart plasmashell) fixes it and buttons show up until you reboot or manually unmount and re-login. Disabling login automount for all devices also fixes it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable at least one automount on login for any device
2. Reboot and login or unmount device and relogin

OBSERVED RESULT
Power buttons disappeared

EXPECTED RESULT
Power buttons should be in the launcher widget

I haven't checked previous versions, but looks like this bug appeared since plasma 6.6.3 according to both this discussion https://discuss.kde.org/t/application-launcher-is-missing-shutdown-option/45754 and mentioned discussion on eos forum.
