SUMMARY
I'm using a Hebrew system and I tried adding the comic strip applet with xkcd when I noticed that switching between the comic strips is actually reversed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In a Hebrew/Arabic/Persian system add a comic strip to the desktop
2. Select (from KNS) a new comic strip such as xkcd
3. The comic strip should appear in the background where you put it

OBSERVED RESULT
The navigation arrows are pointing at each other

EXPECTED RESULT
They should be facing the opposite directions
