SUMMARY
The extension list inside File Associations -> Known types is RTL although it should be LTR as most of the file extensions are in English.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In an RTL system open System Settings
2. Go to Default Apps
3. Go to File Associations
4. Pick any of the mime types and observe the list of extensions

OBSERVED RESULT
The list is aligned to the right

EXPECTED RESULT
The list should be aligned to the left
