Ripple Tool keeps moving playhead/cursor to the start of the timeline after using it. After using the ripple tool to make adjustments on a clip, the cursor jumps to the start of the entire timeline.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Place 2 clips next to each other on the timeline.
2. Zoom in near the cut point of the clips (so the effect would be more obvious)
3. Click on the ripple tool and make adjustment on any of the clips.

OBSERVED RESULT
The playhead jumps to the start of the timeline after every operation. The zoom follows where the playhead goes, viewing the start of the timeline.

EXPECTED RESULT
Playhead stays after every operation.
