SUMMARY
I would find it really useful to be able to move files between different folders within Kate - this would make it much easier to work on larger projects with this IDE.

I'd like to be able to do this by dragging and dropping the file in the File System Browser, much like how it works in VS Code.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable the "File System Browser" plug in
2. Drag and drop a file into a different folder.

OBSERVED RESULT

Dragging a file into a different folder does nothing

EXPECTED RESULT

Dragging a file into a different folder moves the file to that folder.
