STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open two windows
2. minimize all windows
3. focus any minimized window by pressing alt+tab

OBSERVED RESULT
a flicker occurs immediately before the window chosen with alt+tab being focused

EXPECTED RESULT
the observed result should not occur

In the last step we have to hold alt+tab for 1 second and then release it.
