SUMMARY
Window input stops responding after dragging a Discord channel.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discord
2. Drag channel
3. Input is now stuck

OBSERVED RESULT
Input is now stuck

EXPECTED RESULT
Input is now *not* stuck

Forgot to mention, but I'm using ./Discord --enable-features=UseOzonePlatform --ozone-platform=wayland when reproducing this issue.
