Issue in Dolphin 25.12.2

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right-Click a file , then go to Properties > Details

OBSERVED RESULT
There is a random underline letter in each category. In my case it's: T, n, M, A, C, E, l, á, i

EXPECTED RESULT
Work as "Keyboard Mnemonics" should be working.

The issue is between kio KPropertiesDialog and baloo-widget's KPropertiesDialogPlugin.

Dolphin information panel that uses baloo-widget is also concerned.
So this seems like a baloo-widget issue.
