SUMMARY

Ordering the widget's icons (as described here: https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/merge_requests/6052) does not work.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open the widgets configuration dialog on the "General" tab
2. Click and drag on the handles to the left of the different icons in the list to move them up and down in the list

OBSERVED RESULT

As soon as you let go, they slip back to their prior position in the list

EXPECTED RESULT

That they stay in the position your drop them.

Just checked and the same happens in the latest KDE Linux.

applets/lock_logout: add index as required property

During loading the delegates, we need to explicitly ask
the model for index property, otherwise we do not
get it.
