This is a problem in poppler the pdf rendering library we use (you can verify it because pdftoppm, the poppler command line rendering program, has the same problem. Please open a bug at https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/poppler/poppler/-/issues |
Created attachment 189323 [details] Plot showing 2 data sets one with circles and one with squares as symbols SUMMARY When plots created as pdf by using routines from gr_framework some symbols (I this noticed for squares and diamonds) are not displyed. The same is observed in gimp. While gv and dragging bthe file into libre_office or displaying with firefox shows the missing symbols. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Try to display the attached pdf plot with ocular and compare with the display of eg- firefox! 2. 3.
