SUMMARY
Panel is not interactive at all when i try to share a file to my phone through kde connect

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open kde connect from the panel
2. click the 3 dots and then choose share file
3. a window to select a file is shown. minimize it
4. i am not able to interact with the panel at all i can't open apps or do anything inside of it

OBSERVED RESULT
Panel not interactive
