SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Run Face Engine Management - Rebuild all training data
2.  Have many recognized faces and many matching unrecognized faces
3. Run Scan for Faces with accuracy as low as 3

OBSERVED RESULT
Get zero faces found. It actually says that in a popup at the top, and there are no faces in Unconfirmed

EXPECTED RESULT
It should find my hundreds of clear easily seen matching faces

Have worked on this for days. It worked so well at first now it doesn't work at all.
