SUMMARY
Clicking on File menu with a stylus does not work.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Connect a drawing tablet (Huion Frego M in my case)
2.  Click on the File menu with a stylus

Cannot proceed to the drop down menu of the File menu
