Actually this bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=370448 was solved with https://invent.kde.org/network/ktorrent/-/commit/cb743ae6b67541649bc3f6b6e3adece23627e017 by setting always normal release.

Normal realease should be only stable tarballs so it should be set and unset for tagging the version in git and then again back to devel.

Defining all of them as stable can cause trackers to blacklist KTorrent because is not possible to distinguish the really stable ones.
