SUMMARY

Following the steps in https://userbase.kde.org/Dolphin/File_Management#Panels releasing the mouse button after dragging to the desired highlighted location, it returns to its default location.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. unlock the panel
2. try to move to different location

OBSERVED RESULT

returns back to the default location, doesn't move to the desired location

EXPECTED RESULT

moves to the desired location
