STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Snap the window to one side

OBSERVED RESULT
Sometimes you can see the tearing of the text.

EXPECTED RESULT
No text distortion.

Can you share more information of your system? Open Info Center and click on "Copy details" and paste them here.

Also, do you use display scaling?

I could not reproduce this on my system.
